"During morning traffic my car decided it had enough and my transmission blew in the front of the turn only lane… Thankfully I have AAA, but even with that, they said it would be over an hour wait. After multiple people screaming and honking, I called AAA again and they said they would put me on priority..

Thankfully they took the rush call and their driver BRYAN called me to reassure me that he was on his way and he was there in less than 10 minutes. From the moment Bryan arrived he was kind, quick, efficient and mindful of the traffic situation. As he towed me to where I had to go, he helped me stay looking to the bright side and made sure I was safe. It was a pleasant experience during an unpleasant time."
